Refunds and returns

We understand that buying something sight unseen can be a little nerve-wracking.  We have done our best to represent each item on the site to the best of our abilities.  If you are still not satisfied with your gear purchase please read below and let us know.

Refund Policy - the basics

You will have 7 days from receipt of your package to ask for a refund.  Get in touch and we will send you a return form via email to include in the box. You will be responsible for shipping it back to us at your expense. Once we have received your package we will issue your refund for the price of the item not including shipping.

We are not responsible for items in transit so we insist you get a tracking number for your package

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
