1 / Is the gear new or used?
Currently the gear we sell is used gear from other outdoor enthusiasts just like you.
2 / How long does shipping take?
We use Canada Post for most of our shipping and times will depend on them. Depending on where it is shipping throughout the country will determine how long it will take. We ship standard ground unless otherwise selected and it can take anywhere between 3-10 days.
3 / What items do you accept
We are currently accepting a wide array of outdoor equipment in good condition from most brands.
Mens, Womens and Kids - Outerwear, puffies, softshells, pants, rainwear, hiking boots and trail shoes (good condition, minor wear on soles ok, no rips or tears)
No underwear or worn out socks please
Climbing gear - Cams, nuts, carabiners, shoes, chalkbags, ice axes, crampons, ice screws, belay devices, mountaineering boots
Currently we are not accepting harnesses, ropes or slings and webbing.
Camping gear - Tents, hammocks, tarps, bivy bags, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, pillows, quilts and down blankets, stoves (no fuel), pots and pan sets, pocket knives and axes, LED headlamps, Lanterns, etc
Hiking - Hiking packs 30-100L, hip packs, climbing and other multisport backpacks, trekking poles, watches, GPS devices etc.
Winter - Outerwear, Ski/Snowboard boots, Gloves, toques, Snowboard bindings, Ski bindings (These still need to be indemnified by the binding brand), skis and snowboards

If you have something else you think we could sell for you, reach out and let us know what it is and we can make that call. Larger items are hard to ship so if its worth it to you we can always take it into consideration.

4 / Is there a warranty?
Because the items are used and being sold on consignment there is no warranty available. These items are sold as is and we do our best to describe any defects the item may have before its sold.
